Cookie policy

What this site stores on your device, and what it deliberately does not.

Last updated 31 August 2026

1.In short

This site sets exactly one cookie, and only if you choose a language. Usage statistics work without cookies. There are no advertising or tracking cookies, and therefore no consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to.

2.What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser so that it can recognise a setting on your next visit. Cookies can be temporary (deleted when you close the browser) or persistent (kept until they expire or you delete them), and first-party (set by the site you are looking at) or third-party (set by someone else whose content is on the page).

Cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work, or for a service you explicitly requested, do not require consent. Everything else does.

3.The cookies this site uses

NameSet byPurposeDurationCategory
lamoda_site_localeLa Moda (first-party)Remembers whether you chose Croatian or English, so the choice is not lost on your next click. It holds the value hr or en and no visitor identifier of any kind.12 monthsStrictly necessary, no consent required

That is the entire list. The cookie is set only once you change the language; if you never touch it, the site stores nothing on your device.

4.Statistics without cookies

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc.). It sets no cookies, writes nothing to browser storage, does not fingerprint your device and does not recognise you on other sites.

What we get back is aggregate: how many pages were viewed, which ones, which link a visitor arrived from, which country, and how quickly the page loaded. Individual visits are not stored, and there is no way to reconstruct who you are from that data.

5.The location map

The map on the About us and Contact pages comes from Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited). When the map loads, Google receives your IP address and browser details and may set its own cookies.

So the map does not load by itself. A still image with a button sits in its place, and nothing is sent to Google until you press it. That click is the consent, and it applies to that visit only. The shop’s address and a link that opens the map in a new tab are available without it.

6.What is not here

We deliberately do not use:

  • Google Analytics or other tools that follow a visitor across sites
  • the Meta Pixel and other advertising pixels
  • retargeting and conversion-measurement cookies
  • embedded social media posts, which always bring the network’s cookies with them
  • web fonts from someone else’s servers - Cormorant Garamond and Jost are served from our own domain, because a request to a third-party server would reveal your IP address to it

7.Managing cookies yourself

You can review, delete or pre-emptively block all cookies in your browser settings, usually under Privacy and security. If you delete our language cookie, the site will open in Croatian on your next visit and you can pick the language again in the header.

Blocking cookies does not affect your access to any content on this site.

8.Changes

If we ever add a cookie that requires consent, we will introduce a consent banner with a separate choice per purpose, and revise this page, before we do. Until then the list above applies. Send questions to info@atria.com.hr; the wider context is in the Privacy policy.
